Everything was great except they missed cleaning my room the one day I left my do not disturb sign off my dr. Actually received a text that day they noticed the do not disturb sign was on my dr( it was on the day before). I replied that Inwanted my room cleaned. It wasn’t cleaned by the tome I returned that night

Can't say enough about the absolutely fantastic staff at this location. From the moment that we checked in with Jennifer and we told her that we were celebrating my sister's birthday, we were treated like VIPs. The front desk staff all personalized a birthday card for her and gave her gifts. Any time we had a question about the location of something, someone offered to show us. I've never met such friendly and accommodating staff. Kudos to all who work here. As for the room, it was spacious and very comfortable. The only thing I wished it had was a fan in the bathroom lol Other than that, it was very clean and the beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay here again! The area around the property (not their fault) is not the best. However, they do have a sign where they recommend that you wait for Ubers/taxis/etc. inside the building. There's just a lot of homeless people in Downtown San Diego. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays that we ever had. Fantastic front desk staff!
