It was very rundown, at 7am our first day a couple was fighting and laying on their horn for about an hour and nothing was done, the handicap entry to the pools were broken, mirror was broken in the bathroom and set on the sink, had potential but needs work room service came 1 time in a week. They called us at 1am on our last night and woke us up saying we got complaints of noise but we were all asleep so that was rude and lazy, check out the complaint before calling at 1 am. The lady at check in talked to me like I was dumb and didn’t listen to anything I said like a robot. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was very kind and helpful atcheck in. I went to bed at 12:30 AM and the noise started at 3:30 AM, car alarms non stop and people yelling. I had to be to work at 8 AM and got 2.5 hours sleep it was not a good first day at work.

The water pressure was a slow trickle. It was hard to get soap off or shampoo out of hair. Trying to get it fixed was impossible. The don’t like to give clean towels, and if you need one towel extra, it will take at least a day.

Repeat customer. Staff was able to accommodate special request a day before. Unit #150 was wheelchair access-the hot water in the shower stall took a while to warm up.

Maybe not the greatest area but it is close to old town there are usually sketch people that stay here but it is close to places and the highway is near by.The rooms are okay ac fridge but there are window screens they have been cut and bathroom floors can be somewhat scary water damage and bubbly...We can count on this hotel and the staff is usually nice so if ur not picky its a okay place rooms do get noise from highway so can be noisy but again its centrally located
