Amazing hotel and staff! Downfall is the hotel gets super loud since you can hear everything from the inside and outside. Comfy beds but i barley slept since im a light sleeper.

The Palace Hotel is beautiful and elegant. Customer service was impeccable. Our room was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay. There are only 9 floors so I will try to get a room on any floor higher than 3 next time. Other than that, perfection.
