Paying for parking was a first. Needed bedding for hide a bed, asked twice never received any. To be fair, there was only person around, and he had several issues to deal with. Breakfast had one person also and tables were left dirty. Nice choice for breakfast and the pool area was lovely.

Kitchen staff great. Front staff at adjoining Sonesta suites was unfriendly and rude. Front staff at ES ok, but card machine wasn’t working therefore service slow Pool was a bit dirty. Otherwise room was nice

I was hoping for early check-in but that was not an option. I called in advance and they said yes, but once we got there 2pm-ish . We had to wait until check in time: 4pm, and even then I still had to wait because the room was NOT ready! It frustrated me! We had somewhere to be, and it made us late! Besides that, everything else was good! Clean and quiet! Beds were comfortable! Breakfast was decent. The front desk can work on their customer service.

Very unpleasant stay What is your biggest ass up?
I chose this hotel for my son's10th Birthday weekend getaway because he wanted to swim and he wanted me to cook for him and they have a kitchen in the room and they have double Suites When we first arrive, the staff was very accommodating and pleasant Once we got in our room we noticed the TV remote wasn't working so I called to the front desk and let her know she sent another remote that one didn't work in the meantime, we were unpacking and getting comfortable. My kids seen a roach under the microwave in the kitchen and a roach egg under the dishwasher. So now I'm pissed I go to the front desk and told her about the remote and the roaches. She proceeded to tell me there was no engineer staff there at the time to help me And would I like to move rooms? Of course I would Besides them changing our rooms, they did nothing to accommodate us in this situation and I will never Return back to this hotel The breakfast was wonderful though, and Kids enjoy their self at the pool other than the roaches. It would've been a great time

Clean and well kept property. The kitchen area in our room was very usefull. The staff was kind and the woman checking us in at midnight was really nice. The good: I appreciated the free shuttle to and from the airport, the free breakfast sufficed, they allowed us to keep our luggage at the hotel when we checked out. We still had 6 hours until our flight and they kept our bags. This allowed us to go out and explore the city. The courtyard is charming and the pool and hot tub were great. One area of improvement would be the time they shut down the breakfast. 8am is very early to stop serving breakfast. I would extend it from 6am to 9am. All in all it was a beautiful area, very clean, affordable and friendly staff members.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There were notable strong smells of cleaner, cigarette smoke and marijuana smoke coming from the vents I think, I don’t smoke so those were quite annoying. Breakfast was only served until 9am.

First off...the property is in THE BACK. There's a Sonesta in the front and I accidentally tried checking into that one and they kindly told me it was the property in the back. The property was clean. The view was GORGEOUS during sunrise! They have breakfast. They have a pool and hot tub....pool didn't have towels and could have been a tad cleaner..that is the ONLY negative that I could say. They guy at the counter and every other employee I encountered was nice and polite. I will definitely stay next time I'm in town.
