I was very happy with my accommodations: charming junior suite, clean & quiet, only a block from the city's vibrant nightlife. The manager was most helpful & hospitable. I had a great vacation, will definitely book this Inn again!

If you're looking for an affordable place to stay within walking distance of the convention center and the San Jose downtown area this is it. This is a no frills property and the building is a bit dated. Think of a Best Western type of property. However, the owner couldn't be more professional or helpful. The property is kept very clean and is very quite. In fact they have a "quite period" policy after 9:00 pm. The beds are comfortable and the showers are better than most hotels. The one minor downside (but not for me personally) is that the neighborhood has some closed businesses and is just outside on the main downtown areas. Although there are some buildings that are a bit run down I would not classify the neighborhood as unsafe in any way. I've stayed here two years in a row to attend a conference at the convention center and will stay here again next year. I highly recommend it for anyone who isn't on an expense account and has to pay their own way.

It was nice and clean, took my own pillow only because I have neck issues. Large suite and great location. Everything was very walkable and it has many variations of entertainment and discovering San Jose’s charm. I will be back!

Hidden Gem!
We only stayed for one night but it was such a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were provided with great suggestions for dinner before our event and were even given a heads up about the parking. We really enjoyed our stay here and plan on staying here again.

The service staff was phenomenal. From the moment we arrived they were very welcoming and accommodating. We were there for a half marathon and they were able to help us out with flexible check in and out times surrounding our event. Parking is tight but they helped us find a great space when we thought we were out of luck with our SUV. We visited during peak heat and the AC struggled to keep up, but was sufficient for a comfortable nights rest. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely little hotel. The proprietor was extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown San Jose, yet my room was quiet. I felt safe walking around the area after dark.
