Great view by ocean. Only downside was room was below where other guest cars were parked so kept on hearing constant alarms going off when they were opening and closing their cars.

Hotel is in a great location, literally walking distance to the beach even had its own access to it. Loved that it was dog friendly. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Overall the hotel isn’t bad. Outdated and could have the simplest upgrades and be way nicer. It’s clean. Beds not comfortable. Shower head height is for anyone under 5ft. Good/hot water pressure and temp. The staff were so friendly. Close to downtown and beach access. Good bang for your buck. Pool is heated and clean. Everything could use a good clean and wipe down.

Perfect location and super nice staff. Loved the view from our room, but room was dirty, outdated, small bed, and the smallest toilet I have ever seen! Parking was tight for our truck but convenient. Affordable price, so worth it for the cost.

Great location!
We love this place! Really great location. Great restaurants nearby. Really reasonable and extremely close to the beach. If you love walking on the beach like we do, this is the perfect place. I have limited mobility and this is perfect ocean access for us. We also travel with our small dog and it’s really ideal for pets. Love that there is no carpet!

Overall our stay was great! The location was ideal since it puts you a few steps from the beach and pier. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, honestly super star service. If I gave this place a 3 star rating it’s because it’s very outdated. I felt like the aesthetics was very much the 90’s and felt worn down.

We stayed here because it’s dog-friendly. Loved it because it was steps away from the beach. We walked on the beach to the pier morning noon and night; our pup definitely loved that.The exterior is kind of old and rusty but the rooms appeared to have been slightly updated with laminate floors, are work on walls and comfortable bedding. It doesn’t have the old musty smell; definitely a good thing. We also took our bikes and there was plenty of space to keep them and our dog’s crate in the room with us and we all fit in the elevator (2 adults, pup and 2 bikes). We rode our bikes all the way to the sand dunes in Oceano. Would definitely stay there again if we have our pup with us again.
