The Edgewater is a perfect family place. If you want luxury this is not the stay for you, but if you want a clean affordable stay right near the beach and near downtown, this is it!

This hotel is unpretentious while bring very well located and staffed with helpful and nice people. Our roombwas comfortable and had ocean and cliff views. The hotel was a short walk from downtown and the pier. It wasxan excellent one night stay.

We were supposed to have a "luxury suite". It was a suite but not "luxury". Had a small kitchen which was nice but no hot water in the kitchen. "Living room" was spacious but the couch needed cleaning and updating. Wifi and flat screen worked well. Parking was tight if you arrived later in the day. Great view of the ocean and sunsets with easy access to beaches and pier.

Nice stay, bedroom was clean one bed was a bit hard the other was fine. Hotel was in walking distance to everything we needed and right at the edge of the beach access which was convenient. The only down fall is you can hear everything from the floor above.
