The cons were that it was outdated and needs a lot repaired or updated. The pro was the fridge/freezer but mostly the location. Close to several stores, 5 min from beach and within 15-20 min to aquarium.

Great place to stay
This place is much better than I anticipated. I went in with little expectation about quality but just want a cheap night of stay with my family. Clean room, comfortable AC, great lightings, clean bathroom, confortable bed & pillows. They also have microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, hair dryer. Plus a common room outside with free ice, paid vending machine for drinks and paid washer & dryer. If I return in the area I’ll definitely consider it again!

Staff was nice and location was convenient. Stores like Target and Marshall’s nearby. The only drawback was that we could hear our neighbors upstairs getting ready to leave EARLY in the morning making it impossible to sleep in. Other than that it was a good stay.

A nice clean room with affordable pricing, the only problem in the room was the Keurig coffe machine, it didn’t work in the morning. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again, the receptionist guy at night was very helpful too, thank you

Decent place for a sleep and a shower. Balcony access was a no go, bathroom fan not functioning, window needed to be fiddled with to open in bathroom, received some attitude when asking for more towels.

Great small motel
Hotel was better than I was anticipating. Rooms were clean and updated. Friendly staff and very quiet and close to all the convenciences.

We stayed here because we last year we stayed in a king size bedroom and it was wonderful. Very clean etc. this time we stayed in a queen size room which was ok until I inspected the room. The faucet sink, toilet paper area and all of the holders for the shampoo etc were all rusted. Not good at all! The floors were not very clean as well.
