"I stayed 4 nights, it was my birthday, the staff at the reception was very nice, friendly and helpful. Staff in the breakfast area were not so friendly and helpful, even though, my order was made by the staff at front desk and when I tried to explain that my order was made 24 hours in advance, the staff pretended that she did not understand what i was saying, I tried for about 5 minutes explaining that my breakfast order was made by the reception staff. The cacausian male on the floor stepped in and advised her to go into the kitchen and ask the Chef. The cacausian male was very nice and friendly the females in the breakfast area were not. one female staff keep telling me that the chef don't be onsite, which was ridiculous but when i walked away she consented to a request from another guest and give her a number to hold while her request is being prepared, they were looking at faces. I would stay there again, great place to stay and location is great. Regards Mark G"
