Unfortunately the only rooms available were handicap. Which I felt bad for using them, garbage truck picking up had his back up beaper going. No parking but had to pay. No complimentary breakfast, not enough amenities in the room. Extra fees when booking in. Overall I would not stay at this location again.

The hotel could room could have been cleaner and more up to date. The wallpaper was peeling in a few areas. The air system was very old and outdated although it worked well. There were 2 restaurants on site which was nice because the town had very limited selection of good restaurants. Many cruise ships come to this city and we couldn’t figure out what they did there because there is really very little going on.

Everything was wonderful at this hotel. The room was spacious as was the bathroom. The personnel were very pleasant and made us feel welcomed. We would absolutely stay here again!

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. The first room we were given, the carpet was so filthy we refused to stay in it. The next room was ok but the bathroom and electrical fixtures are outdated

I paid approximately $700 for two rooms for one night. Water damage in both rooms on walls. Bathrooms were old and dirty. Rooms and carpets were filthy. The only positive to the hotel was the pool.

We had a great stay. Only negative things I would say is the dinner room staff are very slow and don’t respond to the customer much. Also during check out. I was given a bill for parking which I was not told about till it was time to pay the bill.
