This is an older property and so there is some wear and tear around building and in the room. But it was clean and our bed was super comfy. It was also a 1.5km walk into downtown Sydney and the waterfront area.

Conveniently located. Good price. Hotel needs some basic upkeep, fixing little cosmetic things. Bathroom needs exhaust fan for humidity, would reduce destruction of the bathroom. You are not taking advantage your waterfront location. Should be nice sitting area in the rear looking at the water.

Excellent staff, spacious room. Clean when it got done. People before us checked out very late so the room was not ready when we arrived. Very inconsiderate of them and inconvenient for us. Other than that, it's perfect. I would stay again.

The staff were so nice and helpful. Very courteous. Sadly a lot of the games weren’t working and the vending machines not working either, so I would add more signs saying out of order. But the pool and sauna were so nice and the hot tub was excellent. Decent Breakfast buffet too.

Room and bed very comfy but whole feel of the place not nice and very tired. Few issues with noise from couple other residents who told me they were being housed there under emergency housing scheme

When I arrived there was a long wait for the desk and it was a Tuesday evening in off season. Only one desk attendant. The breakfast was ok but nothing special, eggs and hash browns were dry. Pool was average and I saw no elevator in the hotel only steps. They had a laundry area and arcade but you had to pay for it. Hotel was old and had peeling wallpaper and stained carpets. Also, caulk was peeling from the tub and bathroom had no fan. Beds were comfortable enough but I would not stay here again unless they fully renovated. It was a cheaper price but sometimes you get what you pay for - they also tried to charge me more than the Expedia rate and I fought it so they refunded me.

Was kicked out because my dog jumped up at a guest passing by the ice dispenser. She is a friendly dog, 10 months old. But she's still a pup. The guest got scratches on her side from my dogs nails. I signaled the girl to stop so i could get a better hold of her leash better, but she did not stop. We were so remorsed that we gave her our sincere apologies and offered her 100 dollars for her troubles. She refused at first, but we insisted she take it. Because of this, they would not let us stay the night .

Room bathroom’s condition is horrible. The bathroom tub sprout does not work. The corners of the bathtub shows decades of wear and tear. No proper drain stop - can see the raw and rusted pipes in the drain hole. Shower head doesn’t function properly. The bed, bedding pillow are fine. Breakfast was fine. Carpets in the common areas are soiled and desperately in need of replacement.
