Run down & outdated hotel. Bathtub was disgusting. Elevator scary, dirty, smelly. Locks on doors are original locks from when built. Musty smell throughout.

The toilet was loose and leaking at floor. The shower drained slow which caused water to pool at your feet, the faucet was also loose and the whole fixture moved when you turned on the hot or cold water in the sink. There wasnt amble blankets in room, only a sheet on the bed.

The staff was kind and accommodating, checking us in and out quickly and bringing out additional breakfast items to supplement the relatively sparse offering that remained for late risers. This hotel shows its age and is not in great repair. It was a good place to crash for the night, but I wouldn't vacation there.

the pictures of the hotel was not accurate. The elevator was small. It was dirty. The plaster was falling off. The toilet seats was disgusting. The shower was horrible. The tub was pulling up as the water was running all around around disgusting.

I would honestly like a refund. The floor we were on had a group of people that were running up and down the halls and yelling all night. On top of the yelling they were banging on every door. I had 2 children with me that were scared to go to sleep. Loud music was blasting and the weed smoke was unbearable. When i contacted the front desk i got told we will see what we can do and the person hung up. I will never stay here again

Washroom doesn’t smell clean, smells like urine. My side table lights and tv didn’t work but it did get fixed by maintenance the next day. Lots of noise, can hear door closing all the time. Coffee was out during breakfast and took forever for them to make new pot. Staffs were nice.

I checked in and immediately checked out. This hotel is disgusting. We unfortunately chose the wrong weekend to pick something up that required a night in a hotel at the same time that kids were starting college and there were few hotel options. Not only was the price gouging absurd the hotel itself was deplorable. Do not stay at this location. Absolutely filthy. Our bedding was covered in a sticky substance with human hair and the amount of flies in the room was horrendous. The lock on the front door was busted off. The hotel is extremely run down and unsafe.

The staff were all trying, but with the building in such bad shape it must be tough for them. The carpet in my room was torn, sticky, and stained. My sink was missing a plug. The beds are just ok. There was no way to open curtains for light and still have privacy. The only restaurants within walking distance are gross.

Very comfortable room with refrigerator & even small table to eat our meal after an exhausting day. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Bathroom was clean & roomy, towels were large & soft which is rare! Lol The owner & staff were so pleasant & talked to us on our checkout. Super friendly people. We missed breakfast but it's a very nice spread. Still had plenty cereals, doughnuts juice & coffee. Dinning rm is really pretty. Only small thing was some weeds out front but they are doing major renovations. Not a big deal. Highly recommend. Will def stay here again these ppl go above & beyond. Deb Wilson

The building is rundown and you have to pay a security deposit, $100. After receiving my key card, I went to the room but could not get in. I went back to the front desk and when asked my room number, someone working on maintenance said, oh, that room. Apparently all workers present knew the handle to the room is broken. Someone took me upstairs and showed me how to hold the handle to get the room to unlock. They knew about the problem when they gave me the key but failed to mention it to me and failed to change my room. It takes a really long time for the water in the shower to warm up; so be patient. They provided two tiny bars of soap. There is only 1 elevator. When I went to check out at 415 am, the elevator never showed up. They left the front door wide open all day and night…security is not stellar. The curtains had bare spots in the lining. The light shines through them. Hotel personal was nice. The sent a text saying if I had questions to respond to the text. I asked about checkout procedures and never received a response. This will go on my “do not stay here again” list for Syracuse.

We really wanted to like this hotel so we can say we got a great deal. But we’ve learned you get what you pay for. Like previous commenters, there was a musty smell in the hotel & smelled worse in our room. Room was a good size. Breakfast was laughable. Toast/waffles/mini croissants/cereal was it so if you want something healthy forget it. How about some boiled eggs/yogurt/sausages? Coffee was gross. And the internet was non-existent —- when I phoned to inquire no one picked up. Day we checked out a large white bug crawled along on the carpet. Next time we will pay more at a different hotel.
