The hotel was lovely but no room was available at the time reserved. Horrible communication from the staff as to why or were we given an option until the manager got involved and found us a room after over two hours of waiting. We were very frustrated

Best place I ever stayed at! Staff was super polite. Great sized room with sitting area and two tv's! Room was immaculately clean. Don't listen to the naysayers, believe me. My only complaint is that we didnt get to stay longer. Definitely don't second guess this place. Beautiful experience.
