Simple hotel needed for our last night in Tokyo. Room was quite small, and bed uncomfortable, but overall a cheap and affordable stay for the one night we needed. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself was very clean and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay, excellent location, dining options, subway, shopping. A little bigger rooms compared to APA. Staff was always smiling and ready to help. Just ring the bell at the front desk if there’s nobody there and he’ll come out in 2-3 seconds. Good value for the money

Rooms are very small but clean. Laundry on site which is nice. Lugguages are not really looked after and are just left in the lobby which seems like a security issue.

The first hotel in our honeymoon spa, and it was perfectly placed in the most yummiest places around and it’s very quite very clean. You almost felt like you were the only customer here obviously we were not, but it was just so well quiet and relaxing after a long, busy day in, Japan

This hotel was on a side street, so quiet area, but right around the corner from the subway line (Tawaramachi?? I think). I can't say there was a whole lot right by the hotel, but if you walk up to the main street (which is really close to hotel), heaps of food options--there was a kebab shop on the corner and 24/7 Conbini (convenience store). Staff were friendly. Room was a bit small for two people and big suitcases, but we made it work (and is normal in Japan--small rooms). They had free water downstairs and vending machine but a bit more pricey than ones outside of hotel or Conbini. Con: only had one staff/one computer to check-in/check-out at front desk, so you had to wait if a previous person was in front, but generally was fast. Would recommend this place-- close to Subway to get to city center and walkable, clean area, and yes safe!!!

Clean and great location in Asakusa
Love the location. It’s in a quiet area but close to the popular areas of Asakusa, including shopping areas, restaurants, and shrine. The hotel feels new and clean and they offer teas in the main lobby. Check-in is strict at 3pm. Laundry machines are good, about ¥500 for a regular wash/dry. The rooms are small, especially the bathroom, but for my size it is acceptable. I would stay here again now that I have seen the appeal of Asakusa.

Nice place, clean. Small rooms but standard for Tokyo. Close walk to many food options and Sensoji Temple. About a 7min walk from the nearest main station almost the last stop on the Ginza line. Liked my stay will probably come back.

Room was clean and well laid out. Lobby was pleasant and inviting, and staff were very polite and helpful. Hotel is in a great location for exploring Asakusa and is close to a Ginza line station. The only real downside was the beds - “firm” is an understatement - I’ve never slept on a bed this hard and it would probably deter me from staying here again even though everything else was great.

This was the first place i stayed at coming to Tokyo. The place is very clean and staff are friendly. The place is close to so many food options! Lawson and 711 are close by. There a 24hr grocery store, about 5min away. Location wise, its the best to transportation and food. They helped us ship our luggages to our next hotel. Overall, best place to stay if your visiting japan!

The location is premium for the price you pay. The convenience of its location to the subway and to Senso-ji temple was great! The rooms are extremely tight though, especially the bathroom Read the room size closely when booking. If you need a lot of space open up large luggage, our room wasn’t ideal. The staff were very hospitable.

Clean, but bare bones hotel
The hotel is fine, clean and nicely decorated, but had some trouble - was originally given a price 50% higher than I booked when checking in, though I showed them the reservation price and they corrected it after a bit of time. The WiFi wasn’t working for me, and while the room was clean the bed was extremely hard. Free coffee and amenities in the lounge were nice, but the coffee wasn’t there anymore when I went downstairs around 5 am, so good to take it to your room if you see it
