The room seemed a little unkept and may need a little renovation, but the city view from the balcony was pretty great, also the amenities were a plus too."

"We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the station to take the Shinkansen. What really stood out was the tasty breakfast! They had a really good spread with lots of beverage options too. We also really appreciated the cold towels they had at the reception especially since we were there for some hotter days. I enjoyed staying at this hotel a lot more than I expected! It's a great place to stay especially if you're looking for something close to the station!"

"The hotel complex is large and very nice. We stayed in the main tower. Our room was clean and quiet and had a wonderful view of the city. The hotel is right next to Shinigawa station and was easy to get around the city from. The complex had a lot of shops and restaurants and a 7/11 which was very useful. Would highly recommend!"
