"Perfect stay, exactly what we wanted. Staying in the heart of Tokyo with an amazing view of Shibuya scramble. Room was clean and hotel staff friendly and helpful, even gave us a zip tie for one of our luggage that the lock was broken on the day we left. We would stay here again for the view, comfort and location for walking to just about anything. Restaurant that is connected is delicious as well!"

"It was really close to the Metro Government Building and 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station. You could also walk underground to the station if it’s raining outside but it took us 3 days to figure out how to walk back to the hotel underground. Last day, we finally figured it out. The twin beds room was small and we couldn’t open our luggage on the floor. We had to put it on our bed to get to our luggages. We were only there 5 days so it was fine just for sleep. Very clean, staff spoke English, very helpful and friendly. The area was great and close to everything. "
