"I have stayed here many times since it opened. This stay happened to be the 20th year since it first opened. I stayed in a "standard" room this time. The experience was just as marvelous as I have had while staying in the luxury rooms. Room service meals are of excellent quality, as are the hotel restaurants. The Teppan Yaki meal we had was amazing. Breakfast on the 33rd floor was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and immediately willing to help us find what we needed. The rooms are beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. Our family group stayed in three different rooms, and each room was beautiful and clean. All of our rooms had amazing views of Tokyo. The outdoor area around the Prince Park Tower includes a nearby historical temple, and easy access to outdoor sitting areas. There are several nice shops in the hotel, a bowling alley, and a Lawson conbini. The concierge desk was delightfully helpful. The check-in desk was quick, skilled, and professional. After staying there many times since our first stay in 2007, this is still my favorite hotel."
