"Excellent staff and central location"

"We stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo as a family of four—two adults and two kids (14 and 5)—in a triple room setup. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. A porter greeted us and brought our bags up to the room, which was a welcome touch after stepping off the airport limousine bus that conveniently stops right at the hotel. The hotel itself is large, with several restaurants and even a 7-Eleven on-site, but it never felt overly crowded. The location was excellent for our needs—centrally located in Shinjuku, right near the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building (which has a great free observation deck) and a park nearby for the kids to stretch their legs. The train station is about 700 meters away, but the covered walkway makes it an easy and comfortable stroll—even with kids and luggage. The room was spacious, with three beds and still plenty of space for suitcases and moving around without feeling cramped. One huge perk was the Good Neighbor Shuttle to Tokyo DisneySea. It made our Disney day super convenient—no navigating trains or transfers. Just be sure to reserve your spot ahead of time (it’s free!). Overall, Keio Plaza was a fantastic base for our Tokyo adventures—great service, space, and location. Would absolutely stay here again."

"Easy access to transportation. Rooms are quite small but from research majority of rooms were about the same size. Was perfect for 2 not anymore including 3 large luggages. The view was nice an the staff were always friendly and welcoming. I loved that the area has a perfect night life but is still very quiet in your room. The highlight of the room for me was the massage chair after full day of walking it was nice to come back to a massage . Definitely would come back again still so much left to explore"

"I recently stayed at the ANA Intercontinental on my first trip to Tokyo as a solo traveler. The newly renovated rooms cannot be beat (I had a Premium King Suite). Combined with the location close to the lovely Minato and Akasaka areas, the multitude of quality restaurants within the hotel, and the footsteps to the Tokyo Metro system, I will never stay anywhere else when visiting Tokyo. "

"Everything is clean and taken care off, clean Yukatas provided for every person on a daily basis along with clean towels. Rooms could be a bit bigger although despite the size they are very comfortable and thought through."
