Did not get the room we reserved and was not told about the new checkout time til the day we were checking out and got rushes out of our room. Was told if we didnt check in by a certain time they would cancel our reservation, out of town travellers as well.

Good couple days in 304
Room was nice! Everything was clean, bathroom looked like recently updated. Need shelves in shower to hold shampoo and conditioner. Had a hard time keeping the room cold. Maxed out AC but wouldn't consistently stay cold in room.

I absolutely adored this place! The staff were kind and helpful which made our stay more welcoming. I was pleased with how accommodating and understanding Mr Praada (I apologize for butchering your name) and Mr Arby was, regarding my needs and concerns. Thanks again for everything! The staff at check-in and check-out were courteous and Professional. The room was perfect. The location was just right within minutes of my fiance's work and my work. Breakfast was great. Looking forward to staying here again.
