Beautiful hotel and casino! Very clean, such friendly and welcoming staff. We only stayed one night but it was great! The food was delicious and room was perfect. We will absolutely be making more trips here this coming year!

The exterior was absolutely beautiful. Walking into the building felt exquisite, it was welcoming and smelled fantastic! The front staff were wonderful and we were able to check in earlier than expected. When we got to the room it was very warm and stuffy. The conditions did not improve and the hotel was unable to provide a solution or fan. Sleeping was difficult in the swampy conditions. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. There was a very large clump of hair on the shower head, it was the size of a golf ball and impossible to miss. There was a thick layer of dust around the parameter of the room and around the bed - it looked like felt blanket. Despite the beautiful facility, condition of the room did not meet our expectations and will definitely affect any future stays.

We've stayed at Del Lago several times as it is almost exactly midway between our houses in Ohio and Massachusetts. My husband and I look forward to this layover after driving 5 hours. The hotel is so clean, the staff have always been exemplary. Between dinner and then the casino, its a date night for us.

I love it, but could be better.
Always a good place to stay if you are traveling on RT90, especially Monday to Thursday great rate. Rooms could use some TLC and updating, but still clean and comfortable. The restaurants close to early.
