Good Stay
Staff were great, made efforts to overcome problem with elevator service as well as compensating us for the inconvenience. Very nice buffet breakfast in a cheery bar area.

Two minutes walk from Bristol railway station. Cleanliness of room excellent, breakfast constantly topped up. On upper floor, no traffic noise though overlooking main road. No corridor noise, comfortable room. Just one issue, only one lift for the whole of the building, we had to walk up and downstairs several times.

Room very clean and comfortable. Ensuite toilet and shower also very clean. Shower had plenty of hot water. Breakfast was really good. Plenty of choice of food and beverages, both hot and cold. Noise from traffic was noticeable even from the 6th floor, but this did not disturb my sleep. Wifi was a decent speed, but it did not permit me using apps like BBC IPlayer, Pluto TV and ITVX. This may have been a temporary glitch, but it only occurred in the hotel. Good location.

Brilliant staff
We only stayed for one night but the service was excellent. Every member of staff that we met were very attentive. We arrived back at the hotel after a concert, we went to the bar for a drink and again the staff were great, very friendly. The cleanliness of our room was excellent as was the rest of the hotel. 10/10

We had a room on the third floor at the back of the hotel. very quiet. Clean, comfortable bed, Not a large room but perfectly adequate for what we needed. Staff very helpful and friendly, great breakfast. Easy walking distance of the train station, and the city centre. Great stay. Thank you.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The lift was broken and I had to carry my own luggage up 6 flights of stairs to get to the room. The shower had only warm water, no hot water, the water in the sink tap was hotter. The breakfast buffet was ok, but the food had been sitting around for a while.

Basic accommodations, very clean and hotel is in a very convenient location. Lifts were broken so we got our exercise going to the third floor. A personal preference, we found the beds and pillows too firm. Room had a heat pump so temperature in the room was perfect.

Opposite the train station
The location is just opposite the train station. The coach station is about 20 minutes away. Very easy to walk to the Harborside and Cabot Circus. The hot water wasn't working one of the mornings and I had a cold shower. It was soon fixed though. Good service from staff
