"Normally when I stay in a hotel, there are a few things I am disappointed with. During this stay, everything was pefect. I loved the warm water indoor/oudoor pool. Swimming with a view of the CN tower and the city was anazing. All staff interaction was nice. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"I got to the hotel early and was pleasantly surprised to find my room ready. I was unpacked and back out walking downtown in about 15 minutes! I was able to do a load of laundry in the guest facility (which was one of the main reasons I booked the Courtyard)! I had one meal, the flatbread in the bistro while watching a sporting event. All good for me during my 2 day visit!! "

"The staff is outstanding. Personable, helpful and genuinely friendly. Great walkable location for shopping, theatre and restaurants. Wonderful restaurant on premises with delicious upscale breakfast bar .and casual dinners. Older downtown building with smaller well appointed rooms. We will definitely return."

"Went to Toronto with my adult son to see a couple Jays games. The Suite was more than expected. Modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms , one with a King and the other had 2 doubles. The only drawback was that the bathroom was fairly small and the tub enclosure was glass and fixed in place leaving a fairly small entrance. Other than that it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend and stay again."
