The staff was excellent. They were attentive and took the time to learn our names. They really made us feel special. Jair, Allen, Norma, Mario, and Shanti…just to name a few. The pool activities and kids/teen clubs were fun. Once the construction is finished, it will be beyond amazing!

We loved the property but would have been better had we known how close construction was to main pool areas. Staff was awesome. Shout out to Norma, Lizette, Paula, German and Roberto for all the fun activities!! They made it very enjoyable!

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and the constant noise throughout the day made it nearly impossible to relax. From early in the morning until late afternoon, the sound of construction was relentless, turning what was supposed to be a peaceful getaway into a stressful experience. The staff were super friendly. We ate breakfast and dinner at the “El Monilo” restaurant and the waiter Brian was amazing. Not only is he a waiter but is a bartender. The resort was under construction but still worth going, everyone was very attentive and the show at night was perfect.

I liked that it was not crowded. The staff was really nice and the food was good. Although there are renovations, it did not bother us and we look forward to going again!
