I have been waiting to hear back from someone at the Hilton hotel but have not had a call. I booked a room so that my husband and i could sleep in and have a relaxing breakfast without our kids in the first time in a while. But the hotel fire alarm had to go off at 6 in the morning. No compensation for anything. Very upsetting.

The price was good which makes sense as the location isn’t great (close to a homeless shelter). The television options were very poor. The most wild thing about the stay was a bag of popcorn being priced at $25. That’s literally insane and should actually be illegal. It was some fancy popcorn either. My sister in law was hungry and is celiac and the popcorn was one of the only options for her to snack on. Absolutely insane to rip people off when it comes to eating - snack or not.

Hotel is fine, however this is a Horrible neighbourhood, location is very close proximity to a shelter. Don’t feel comfortable walking around due to the street people, and drug users everywhere.
