"Had an excellent stay here. Staff was top notch. Front desk was always helpful, valet was first class, pool staff was attentive, and housekeeping was amazing. The infinity pool and just the pool area in general needs a face lift, there’s definitely some wear and tear around the building that could use some sprucing up, but all in all, excellent place and an excellent stay. "

"Our trip to Waikiki was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to the incredible experience at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki. I traveled with three young adults, and from start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone we interacted with was warm, kind, and genuinely helpful. Their food recommendations were absolutely spot-on—some of the best meals we’ve had in Hawaii! The location couldn’t be better. The beach is literally right across the street, and my 17-year-old and I went swimming every morning at sunrise. It was such a peaceful and beautiful way to start the day. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet—even being right in the middle of Waikiki! This was my first time staying at this hotel (even though I’ve been to Waikiki many times), and I can honestly say it will not be my last. Hyatt Regency has become my new go-to. If you’re looking for a mix of convenience, comfort, and true aloha spirit—this is the place. Highly recommend!"
