"This is my favorite hotel on the northern coast of DR! In addition to the five star amenities, easy access to the beach and comfort of the rooms, the staff are amazing! Especially Orlando and Emeily at the reception desk, Carlos the bell hop, Chemy at Oak, Luis at the breakfast buffet and Águila in security!"

"Had a great time at the property and the food was great too. The number of restaurants were limited though and they all aren't open always so had some terrible getting some bookings in. The guest help desk was able to hook us up with some reservations when we requested them but couldn't get it ourselves on the app. Overall experience was great and the staff was very accommodating but I wish they had more number of events throughout the day (especially in the open) to keep the Caribbean vibe alive throughout."
