"We were pleasantly surprised with this amazing resort! It started with our first interaction at the reservation desk. Luis greeted us and made our check in enjoyable and perfect! Luis also helped us with the process to bring my fiancée’s young daughter to stay with us for a few days. The room and all the facilities are very clean, and the pool is wonderful. The housekeepers were amazing, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Julian, who waits tables in the buffet, always greeted us with a huge smile and cheerfully offered beverages! The a la carte Steakhouse was incredible! We will definitely come back to the Senator. Thank you!"

"I would go back to this Iberostar anytime, service was amazing and the staff very friendly. Although it was raining most of my stay the hotel still had different activities every day and night so we didn’t get bored. Despite the weather staffs kept the hotel clean. "

"Lifestyle needs to improve the rooms that they sell on Expedia regardless membership status . They gave us a bad room with dirty sheets outdated shower.They do not fumigate and there was a lot of mosquitoes in the balcony . I believe that member and non club member should have similar privileges.This place was much better 3 years ago. From a scale of 1-10 (4/10)."
