Always a perfect stay
We stay at the Artezen every time we’re in NYC and it never disappoints. Location, comfort, good rates, sparkling clean, it’s a wonderful hotel. The highlight is the way it’s managed and its staff - every single person who works there is exceptionally professional and genuinely friendly. We highly recommend the Artezen.

Amazing Hotel!!!
We loved our stay here! The Artezen felt like staying at a luxury hotel without a luxury hotel price. Also located in a great location, easy access to the Subway. All staff were very accommodating and kind. Hotel room was spacious and always super clean. Hotel also smelled amazing every time! Would 100% stay here again!!

Clean! Stellar customer service and loved that they had a nespresso machine, an electrical tea pot and little fridge. The hotel was very immaculate and clean. Was a great stay during Christmas. Will be back!

I absolutely LOVED this hotel!! It was our first time staying in the financial district and the staff made our stay so nice!! The room was amazing, free bottles of water and chips, robes. The room was on the smaller side but we didn’t mind. The bathroom was very clean which is also super important to me when I’m booking a hotel. If I had to pick the best part of the hotel though it would be the staff. So friendly and welcoming and greeted us with a smile. Thank you guys!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know! 😊

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The location is fantastic, close to all the key attractions and amenities. The property itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained.
