Fairly decent location even if you are not a fan of being close to Times Square - clean hotel, good proximity to restaurants, simple room, adequate gym - friendly staff- would go back.

This is my fourth or fifth time at the RIU hotel in New York. This particular room was good, but the bath towels had a very strong odor. Not sure what that was from? Also, the floor looks like it had not been swept or mopped in quite a long time. There was dust balls everywhere. This is actually one of my favorite properties so it was a little bit Disappointing.

A nice hotel centrally located
Great location - easy to walk to all the shows. It has a very nice buffet for breakfast. The rooms are small but clean. Only one minor request - it would be nice to have a place to fill water bottles in the lobby.

Good location for anyone seeking to be close to attractions Midtown. Hotel has basic amenities. Staff are very nice especially Brahim at the front desk. Ada from room service was very helpful; Lizzie, Julio and especially Christan from the breakfast hall were extremely professional.The noise level in the street in front of the hotel and the lobby is very high. The rooms are small but this is common standard in NYC. The breakfast buffet variety is good and tasty .

Continental breakfast had a huge variety of food & ran smoothly. Front desk staff was helpful. Parked father than we should have. Overall nice hotel & great location to Times Square.
