"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout, and the facilities were excellent—everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The location is ideal, with easy access to central London via public transport, and perfectly placed if you're attending an event at the O2. Whether you're sightseeing or concert-going, you’re in the right spot. I stayed in one of the studios, which was small but perfectly formed. It had everything I needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, from a well-equipped kitchenette to a cozy living space. On-site facilities were also available for added convenience, and with food shops just around the corner, it made meal prep super easy. Highly recommend for both short and longer stays—great value, excellent service, and a really convenient base in London."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room (a suite) was huge and comfortable. We booked the suite to get the larger bed, but not expecting the room to be as large as it was. A pleasant surprise! The included breakfast was delicious and a great way to start each morning before sightseeing. The location was nice too, right across from the observatory and prime meridian. A tube station was a few minute walk away, and easy to access. We had a car rental, which easily fit in their front parking lot. It was easy to exit the city too, since we were already away from the busiest part of London. Each person we spoke with at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Good hotel, nice and clean. Our room was very good, nice and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice (buffet style). The hotel is around 15 minute walk from Canary Wharf tube station. Apart from Canary Wharf there not much around the local area including shops It was approx £25 in a Black cab to get back from the O2. Make sure you pack ever "

"Our stay at the Intercontinental - O2 was amazing. The hotel was lovely. The views for the top level bar were beautiful! We made full use of the spa which was really good, breakfast was really nice. Hotel room was good - bed was very comfortable (pillows were amazing). But most of all the location was absolutely perfect! We were going to a concert and the location of the hotel couldn't have been better! Would highly recommend!"
