"I’ll stay at the quest was very smooth. Its location was perfect for visiting the many attractions of Liverpool and only within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff were bubbly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay comfortable and effortless. Elizabeth made my birthday weekend special with complementary Prosecco and an upgrade to a larger room. This was more than we expected and was a pleasant surprise. Communication was excellent and staff on hand to answer any queries we had. Just note the location is in a busy nightlife area and so was very lively at night. This didn’t however cause a problem as the rooms were well soundproof. Overall fantastic day and we would definitely use this hotel again."

"Good location in the centre of Liverpool. Close to Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Looked like a decent bar and restaurant but we didn’t use either. Rooms clean and staff friendly. Have stayed before and would stay again "
