"Great room amenities incl. the heated toilet with bidet function. Loved the real creamer and good coffee rather than the creamer powder and a non-name coffee brand. Room was very clean and large - loved the view over the city and the Space Needle from the room! Good customer service. Appreciated the email prior to coming with details about the train from SeaTac, as well as the check-out time of 12 noon."

"Great Location in downtown Seattle. Would stay here again, pool and hot tub is perfect for kids. The on site restaurant was excellent, staff and services were great. Easy access to and from your car, palace is directly next door. I think the carpets in the room could use a good clean and a clock in the room would have been helpful. "
