"Just back from a week stay @ TRS and it was spectacular! I read probably close to a thousand plus reviews before leaving and was well versed on what to expect and on some potential concerns to. The concerns I had going in, were mostly about the potential moldy or musty smell of the rooms/AC not working. I did notice that the bed sheets had a bit of dampness to them, and the bathroom did have that smell a little bit, but neither one of those impacted my stay. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the AC blew cold and had the room very comfortable "

"Everything was so beautiful! The staff was excellent and very attentive. Special thanks to Margarita, who told us about the adventures into the jungle to zip line, drive ATVs, and jump into cenotes. She was also very sweet to give me a special gift for my birthday. I have no complaints about our stay here and will definitely return."
