"Lots of strong urine smell all around front of this Hotel in each direction, no garbage can in the lobby and the Air Conditioning didn't work during our stay, our rooms were stiffling, very uncomfortable for my 3-Night stays."

Staff was incredibly attentive and went puf of their way to accommodate my daughter and I.Sarfaraz Farooqui,the front Desk manager was very helpful and kind. So was Ozan,in the entrance. The staff at Frenchy restaurant in the premises was particularly attentive. Abby,our waiter as well as an older gentleman who unfortunately I can’t spell the name made us both feel so special. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the Hilton Toronto!"
