Needs a major overhaul
This place needs a major upgrade. Also, the walls are paper thin. With people going in and out to catch flights it’s impossible to sleep. You can hear someone zipping up their luggage in the next room.

Although a bit pricey .. it was worth it. Super convenient, cozy, easy check in and amazing complimentary happy hour. We got off of our plane from London with a 14 hour layover. ultimately, we were headed home to Austin and it was the perfect place to stay! For a family of 5 it was gold. We all came home rested rather than exhausted!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable. I ordered room service, and the food was delicious—definitely exceeded my expectations! The staff were exceptional, displaying a high level of professionalism and a friendly attitude throughout my stay. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend!

This hotel is wonderfully located! Room was spacious and clean! Just beware that if you book through Expedia, they won’t make any changes at the hotel. Our kids (young adults) didn’t end up staying with us at the hotel and we still had to pay for extra guests. I do think that it is unfair for them to charge extra when you are paying for a room with two queen beds and have 4 people staying in the room. As well, this charge is not always noticeable on the Expedia site when booking - you need to look at the breakdown.

Some of the staff (check-in / dining) were less than competent, and when politely corrected were rude / sullen in response. There was also some kind of sprinkler disaster in the early morning, disrupting everyone’s sleep.
