"We had a great stay at the Emperador Hotel. All the staff were friendly and responsive. The rooftop bar ambience was relaxing at night with heaters. Location on Gran Via is walkable to many historical locations, chuches, musical shows, cafes and stores. Very crowded on streets at night, but calm and peaceful once you enter into the hotel."

"This hotel is wonderful. Even though it is huge, it works like a well oiled machine. From there delicious breakfast to the coordination of elevators, the cleanliness and the quiet. The location is incredible! With Plaza de España across the street and the metro within a few feet of the hotel door, getting anywhere is easy. Great experience overall."
