Only thing I had a problem with was getting food poisoning from I believe the natural eggs I ate. However the food , the stay , the beach , the resort was wonderful. A lot of vendors asking us questions the entire trip was painful but they weren’t disrespectful about it they took no for an answer.

I liked the staff and their friendliness. Also buffet tasted nice. I disliked the mosquitoes that chased me out of the property. U have never been bitten so badly like that and it’s cos they have swampy waters around and by the property entrance. That’s crazy! I only stayed one of my four nights and I left cos I was being bitten in the room with a toilet that wouldn’t flush.

Let me start off by saying that the rating would have been less had it not been for some of the staff especially in the buffett area and the room itself which was outstanding. But that's where the Pros stop. On check in we waited an hour and fifteen minutes just to get to the front desk. This was the worst I have ever seen here in the Dominican Republic. I think this is really what spoiled the entire trip for me. Since I live here in the Dominican Republic I have had the opportunity to visit many resorts here on short stays and this resort is among the worst for front desk check-in. I would like to commend one person for her outstanding service in the buffett area and that lady is FRANCIA. She is one of the friendliest and hardest working individuals I have ever seen. She was very attentive and just had a pleasant demeanor. I hope she is commended for her service. Had it not been for her this rating would have been much lower.

This resort is ideal if you speak fluent Spanish. The front main desk has some bilingual speakers, but learn Spanish or bring a translator if you are going to visit. The 60 min tour will be 4 hours of selling or trying to sell vacations for a T-shirt or punta Cana bag. Getting the platinum access or honeymoon package is the best access and treatment. Room service is a cost and so is doing your laundry. I stayed a week.
