This property was amazing. Went with my family for 1 week and already booked again for May 2025. Rigoberto from the morning buffet was excellent. Alex from sea and see was amazing. Juan from the steak house was amazing. Ezekiel from the Japanese restaurant was amazing. All these guys made me and my family trip amazing. The entertainment staff was awesome. Capuchins and scooby doo made everything fun. The food was excellent and staff goes above and beyond.

Beautiful property, there are some areas that can be updated however overall still a great place for the money and amenities. I had thee greatest butler of all, Osvaldy. He is top tier hands down. You will have a peace of mind and can truly relax. He makes miracles happen. My 40th was unforgettable because of him and the rest of the staff.

We liked tge separation between the adults only and family area. Staff is friendly and attentive. The pool are is really nice and closeness to the beach is ideal. The nightly shows were fun and the food was good.

My girlfriend and I stayed here recently and our experience was great. We spent so much time researching properties and this one came out at the top of our list. Pros- The property is beautiful and relaxing, we went on off season and it was almost all adults. I definitely recommend the adults only side, there’s more pools and they’re nicer. The beach is absolutely stunning. The food was incredible, definitely recommend the Japanese restaurant, the steakhouse restaurant, and I’ll Botticio (adults only). I will say when we arrived they told us that the restaurants won’t all be open as normal, we were disappointed and thought it would hinder our experience. We still got to try all of the restaurants and had options at all times. This definitely did not hinder our experience. We had a butler, ours was Juan who an absolute sweetheart. He was great at assisting us, he made our dinner reservation and scheduled our housekeeping, he checked in with us everyday The entertainment team. I cannot give more props to anyone than these people, they were all so friendly and engaging, they really make the property an incredible experience. All of the shows were great. Cons- There are so many vendors and scammers on the beach, we stayed at the pool and went down to the beach for an hour, because they don’t leave you alone. The staff, although incredible, are very tip oriented. It was very clear they would give more effort when tips were promised. Overall 10/10 recommend

The pool closes a bit too early, but other than that, the stay was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The mojitos were delicious overall, and I especially enjoyed the French restaurant—it was the best option for my vegetarian preferences.

The location was beautiful, but I wish there were more food options beyond my typical meals here in the USA. If you're outside the U.S., the resort should offer local cuisine in addition to American food. The room was stunning and I would definitely return if I could.

The hotel had upgraded our room with no charge. The food was great with many options to satisfy every taste. The complementary spa service was a nice gesture to enhance our experience. We had a good time. Thanks to all staff.

The property is being renovated so the elevator did not work. I had to walk 3 flights of steps each time I had to go somewhere. The buffet was usually closed for lunch due to renovations, and a couple of times closed during dinner. The restaurants were pretty good but the food choices were limited. The long walk to the main gate was another deal breaker for me when you have 3 to 4 empty golf cars sitting around. I was told the carts weren't for transporting to the front gate so I had to walk there. Due to the renovations, I will give them grace but probably not return there in the future.
