"Everyone was really nice but the first room they gave us was a view of the ac units. We moved and then were in a higher room but facing the city and I thought we were going to have a Hollywood hills view. "

"Clean and close to the airport, check in was quick and easy. We ate dinner at the on site restaurant and the food and service was great. We used the free shuttle to the airport, definitely plan to spend at least 30 minutes waiting for the shuttle, driving to the terminals and dropoff. They fill up fast so we had to wait 10 minutes for the next shutle. Morning is busy so you may want get Lyft or Uber instead. "
