Overall the experience was good. Some issues/delay with checking in due to a system outage, inexperienced staff. Room was very large and in decent shape expect for a few minor things such as the coffee maker had been used and not emptied/cleaned. Pool area was clean and very quiet.

Solid place to stay
Always a great hotel stay here. Hotel is new, clean, and comfortable. I’ve yet to have an issue at this hotel after 3-4 different stays. Easy access to the Highway 403 as well.

Nice design, but hard mattress.
Room was very nicely designed and has all the comforts of home, but the beds are very hard and you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. Probably good for a back sleeper, but for me as a side sleeper I was very uncomfortable.

Clean and Convenient
The hotel was conveniently located. The room was spacious and accommodated our party of 6. The kids enjoyed the pool. We are vegetarian, and the breakfast had nice variety of cereals, hot items, and other healthy choices. Some fruit would be a nice touch.
