"We stayed here for one night while attending the Coldplay concert in Auckland. The facility is new and has an art deco vibe. The hallways are a bit dark, which seems to be part of the intended aesthetic. There's a paid parking area nearby, and the location at the upper part of Queen Street is excellent. However, the rooms were quite small. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay."

"IBIS was perfect for our needs. Even though the room is compact they manage to provide all that you need for a comfortable nights stay. Even a hairdryer which i didnt expect. Lovely community area where you can make a coffee, some toast perhaps or eat a meal that you have provided. Some parking available right outside. Nice Restaurant next door and a shopping centre across the road. Shuttle bus available for a small cost to take you to the airport or bring you to the Hotel. Top marks from me."

"The location is great, very central. Rooms are excellent, although our family suite had an odd bathroom arrangement, toilet and shower in one area, sink and tub In An adjoining area. Meals were excellent, and service was friendly. "
