Excellent place! The staff greeted us, ensured I parked in the right spot and even had a place to park when I drove up. The room was in excellent condition and had everything we needed and more for the small items, from earplugs to soaps. I would have loved to have stayed for more than a night. I am definitely coming back. Thank you again.

I had a bad ex at the lounge, at night the floor upstair sounded squeaky when people walking and in the next day morning, it was out of hot water at the shower. Location was closed all the shops...

The rooms were in really good shape and well maintained. There could have been a little more ambience, if there was something on the big, blank wall. The hallways need some refreshing. The carpet is old. I found the parking was not acceptable. Too tight for most vehicles and a little frustrating for my SUV

Nice enough property for what we needed. Close to the highway for travels around the area, and close to the town center in Canmore. It’s a very basic, clean place with nice people.

So when made the reservation, made it with another couple that we’re traveling with we ended up in two different facilities because this facility has 18 facilities and guess what ours were right on a railroad track and they give you earplugs very very noisy and they would not move us

Only one major complaint and that was hot water for showers. At best in the evening the water is lukewarm but early in the morning good and hot. Nothing worse than a hotel that has an undersized hot water system. And big trains go by at all hours just at the back of the hotel.

Great location and easy to walk downtown. Rooms comfortable but no housekeeping at all. For the price, if would be nice to have some basic housekeeping.
