Wonderful stay!.. The condo exceeded our expectations. For our little family, the location was perfect. It was nice and quiet, which was great for our infant daughter and our Jack Russell. The condo was very spacious and clean and the kitchen, washrooms and laundry were all well stocked for our stay. It really felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again when vacationing out in the Canmore area.

Extremely relaxing end to the summer.
This property was great for our family of four and two dogs. There was a lot of space, privacy and easy access to walking areas and activities in Canmore. Our only issue was that the Wifi speed was not fast enough for video streaming in the evening when the resort was busy.

We loved the location of this property, which was convenient to Banff and many other points of interest. The town was much more navigable than Banff. The property was perfect and exactly what we needed. Thanks to the hosts for such a great stay.

Doorway to the Parks
Location was convenient to all activities in the Canadian Rockies. Easy hiking activities close by with beautiful views of The Three Sisters Mountain and Mount Grassi. Everything was provided to get started on a great vacation. The entry process was seamless, even though we arrived late on our first night. Banff, Jasper, and Yoho National Parks, and Bow Valley Provincial Park were all fabulous to visit. We saw so much but we will be back because there is so much more to see. Marc was a wonderful host. We had a great time and look forward to staying here again.

Nice accommodations overall.
We enjoyed the condo itself. All was clean and everything one would need was provided. Nice layout and other than a couple of burnt out light bulbs and the remote for the living fireplace, everything worked well. (There were instructions for the remote, but I suspect the battery was dead…the bedroom fireplace worked fine). We had a hiccup getting in. We received a reminder email about the entry code, and included was a number to call if there were any questions. I did call and after several minutes of checking was told there was no record of my booking. A call to VRBO solved the problem, and when we got in the room, called the property manager at a different number. This different person did have our booking, but had no idea who the first person was, or how we could have received an email with the correct access code from a different party. Strange. Unfortunately our stay was marred because someone in the unit above, or one unit over and above (difficult to pinpoint) decided to do some renovation work. We enjoyed the sound of drills with concrete bits (a distinctive sound) and skill saws going until 11:05 pm the first night, and 10:45 the second night. I called the front desk, but have not heard anything about this. There is no blame to the owner or property manager, but please, I kindly request that the both of you contact Solara and ensure this moron is instructed as to when construction should not be happening.

Good communication and self check in went fine. Nice fitness facilities and indoor hot tub. Not quite as convenient as properties closer to town but indoor parking and a city bus stop a block from the door.
