All in all, good stay! Their service was great and just the area is in is amazing as it is walking distance to everything. Few things to note though: the airconditioning could be better. It felt hot and we couldn't really adjust the thermostat below 18° and it definitely did not feel like that in our room. Second, the TV in our room wasn't working during our stay. We asked somebody during our first day and they said they would try to get someone to fix it. But, even after a week of staying, it never was. It wasn't a big deal though as we managed to go without it. I would stay again though just because of the location and room service turnaround!

I really liked that we could get to most tourist locations by foot or public transportation. There were plenty of restaurants,shopping mall and grocery store in the area. The staff was helpful and the room was clean. The only two cons are the air conditioning seemed to not work properly in the room and at one point we ended up opening a window to obtain the cool nightly breeze. The breakfast buffet seemed pretty expensive for what was offered on the menu

Was very close to downtown Montreal very short walk to most places. No restaurant in the hotel and AC was controlled by front desk. Although we never to call down to get it adjusted.

We really enjoyed stay here. The staff was very cordial and nice, the room was clean at the time we got there. Is close to main attractions, metro and bus lines so we were able to move around the city pretty easy and be able to go back to our room for our baby nap without issues. The only detail was you have to ask for clean your room and when we asked to clean our room they didn’t do it, with a baby was hard to handle it. But overall is a good place to stay.

It is located in the heart of Montreal. Everything you need to be or do is within distance. It was clean when we arrived and they cleaned the room everyday during our stay for 6 days. Highly recommended!
