A bit disappointed with room view. A pigeon poo wall wasnt a great sight. Elevators out of alignment. Very hard when one is in a wheelchair. Staff lovely, very helpful.

So close to the Bell Centre and St Catherine street within a few minutes walk. Off site parking that they use is great - clean, big spots and underground and it is just around the corner. Our room was spotless and very quiet. No hesitation recommending this hotel.

I stayed in Room 314 where there appeared to be a dead animal caught in the light in the bathroom. There was also openings found in the bathroom and cleanliness issues with the room in general.

Be aware of the rooms close to the electrical room, there is a low frequency noise very disturbing and annoying, especially in the quiet nights. The first day, I stayed right beside electrical room, I couldn’t sleep the whole night. I asked to move the next day, a little far from that area, better, but you still can hear.

Our room was fine, but noisy. There was some type of mechanical room next to ours that was noisy late at night and early in the morning. The window was not the type that would keep the room quiet. The entrance of the hotel hadn’t been swept in the two days we were there. The hotel’s restaurant was closed on Sundays and Mondays and the other restaurant that you entered from the lobby closed at 3:00pm. The price was fair for the location.

The hotel is in a good location, not far from either the metro station or central train station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I don't know if the extractor fan was broken or if there wasn't one fitted, but we couldn't work out how to turn one on (if it had a separate switch). Our room wasn't cleaned while we stayed there, maybe because they came round when we were still in the room, but it wasn't an issue for two nights.

Me and a friend stayed for 2 nites to watch a hockey game Being a downtown hotel the rooms were small …. This one was a mere closet … comfy but tiny …. Bed comfortable… mini fridge … ample room until you open the door to the washroom … for a large it very tall person this would have been impossible… sitting on the throne my knees were touching the shower glass …. To get into the shower had to leg up and side step the toilet … have been a loyal visitor to this place since started going to see games … but with so many new ones will start looking for others
This washroom was almost as small as a stall in any washroom
