The hotel is nice, clean and the staff is friendly. Nobody was allowed to check in until after exactly 3 pm…fine. The hot tub and steam room did not work, and the hot tub looks great is like it had been broken for a while.

Stayed for 2 nights. First time this location. Found it central for downtown area. Easy access to everything. Room was bigger than expected which was great and newly modern renovated. Definitely recommend to anyone. Room price was higher than i normally pay.

AIR CONDITIONERY WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROOPER IT KEPT ON TRIPPING ATFER EVERY THREE MINUTES AND HENCE NO AIR IN THE ROOM AND HOT INSIDE ALSO BATH ROOM DOOR WE WERE UNABLE TO CLOSE THE DOOR OIT BUT COULD NOT AJAR PROPERLY THESE WERE REPORTED BUT DID NOT GET RESPONSE ???

Very nice hotel. Loved our stay there. Only real complaint is they seem to charge for every little thing. Parking is expensive. Wouldn’t stay there for extended holiday if travelling by car. Staff were great. Restaurant in hotel was fantastic.
