This hotel’s location is great but my room clearly needed new carpeting and furniture. The staff seemed overwhelmed by a conference and weren’t very welcoming. The room I was in was directly next to the elevator and the noise from that kids running by was very loud. My bathroom sink had zero water pressure and just lightly trickled water making it hard to just wash my hands. I would not stay here again.

Serene oasis to escape to for our staycation. The pool, hot tub & garden is the best! A bit pricey for the menus, only bought drinks by pool & cappucinos. Did breakfast & lunch ourselves & went out to supper. Amazing ambiance! Would def go back!

Very unique….hotel started on the 10th floor, and appeared to all be on this floor but with several small bi-levels. We didn’t use the restaurants or bar. The staff were all very nice, professional and accommodating. Room was large, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The garden ponds were being cleaned so we mostly had to keep our drapes closed. Great location!
