Great stay
We had a great stay experience at SENS Montreal. A couple of comments, though. One, lights are needed above the bathroom sink. Two, waterflow in the shower is too thin.

Right in The Heart of Downtown MTL
Real great service right off the bat. Wonderful, friendly staff who provided great tips for places to visit in the city. Our room was cozy and clean. We had a wonderful view from our window. The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and bars as well as the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts. We will definitely return to this great hitel.

Our stay at SENS Hotel was great. The staff were helpful and very polite. The room was clean and always taken care of by housekeeping.

The air conditioning was broken and the room had many other broken fixtures. The bathroom had no fan and the ironing board had some weird stains on it. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again but it was in a convenient location for my travel purposes.

We booked a king size kitchenette and were assigned a queen kitchenette. When we called the reception the lady was arguing with me that they gave us a king. We asked someone to come up and take a look at the room and they agreed that it was a queen. They ended up moving us to a king room. However the shower ceiling was moulding, paint was peeling off. It was not a very pleasant stay. Will not be returning to this hotel.

All the staff were extremely friendly. It was impressive to watch them switch back and forth from French to English. The gentleman at the bar in the morning made my lattes and even gave me free ones. The staff were noticed cleaning at all times

Room is bigger and staff are very friendly. We arrive early morning and lucky staff allow us check in early. Staff always smile. However the Air condition noise when it turn on. Cleaner staff always make noise and working lound few hour outside my room ...can't rest during afternoon
