I had a kitchen in my unit with a full fridge and stove. I would definately stay here again. It was just the right distance from all the things I wanted where I could walk or take an Uber for a reasonable price.

The rooms were large with King size beds, full kitchens, and a table with 4 chairs. We were in town with our adult children who each had their own rooms. We liked the hotel so much we ordered our dinner in and stayed put. The location is central to many many restaurants and shopping though if we had wanted to go out (which we did during the day).

The check-in team were full of smiles and made us feel welcomed. The suite was oversized and had a full kitchen (we expected a kitchenette). The young concierge (dark hair) was extra helpful and represented the brand image of your property very well. There was some construction around the property, which was communicated to us in advance.

Friendly and helpful staff. Large room with comfortable beds and seating. Convenient in-room kitchen/dining area. Bathrooms also clean & spacious. Easy valet parking. Breakfast a bit crowded depending on time, but several cereal, bread, and pastry options. 15 min walk from Old Town and river. Construction on building behind hotel-only view out our windows--was ongoing, but we spent little time in room during day.

We absolutely LOVED this hotel, one of the nicest we've ever stayed in around the world. Very spacious and aesthetically pleasing, roomy thoroughly equipped kitchen, very clean. The indoor rooftop pool was large enough for laps, with a lovely view of the nearby skyline. The hotel is walking distance to many attractions: Old Montreal, Notre Dame basilica, the fine arts museum, and more.

Spent seven nights here in October and would definitely stay here again. We arrived early and was hoping to leave our luggage but the reception staff offered to check the status of our room and we were able to check in early. All the staff we encountered were friendly, helpful and spoke English. The room was clean and very spacious, the bed was lovely and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The air conditioning was very welcome and works very well. The 747 bus stops very close by which couldn’t be better and the metro is very close as is the central station and the Centre Bell. The breakfast area can get quite busy but you could take things back to your room. There is a Tim Hortons and a Second Cup which are both close by.

I rate this hotel as one of my top 5 experiences. Staff was extremely helpful and nice (shout out to Stephine and Joseph), excellent location for everything (e.g. Shopping, Underground, Restaurants, Saint- Catherine St, China Town, and Old Montreal), great pool and gym, breakfast was above average, the rooms are extradentary and very large. It was a wonderfully comfortable and an enjoyable experience,

Well situated between the Old City and other areas you can walk clover in 15 to 30 minutes in each direction. The hotel was great except for not being able to exchange a simple ten dollar American bill to get Canadian money to do the laundry. We went to an exchange place close and got it done. But it seemed silly that they couldn't just make simple change.
