The staffs were professional and courteous. And the rooms were spacious and clean. The only negative was the room we reserved was not available at the time of check-in at 3pm. We had to wait in the lobby for over 30 minutes.

Great location, large room and laundry onsite.
The hotel is well located for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was large although the decor was a little tired. Breakfast was excellent however the dining room was very busy each day. The laundry room was much appreciated. New and well maintained machines.

Our stay was wonderful at Marriott Montreal Downtown. The customer service representative name Abdel helped us thru out with our stay and also helped us with finding attractions in Montreal. Only one thing that i didnt like was the elevators. They are very small.

We loved our stay here. It’s in a great area in downtown Montreal, the staff was friendly and the free breakfast was super convenient. Also, they provided fruit infused water and treats near the front which was highly appreciated given the hot weather.
