"The biggest issue i had with this hotel was the karaoke I could not hear nothing not my family nor the front and there was some drunk singers I could hear them from my room which was in the third floor the hotel was also extremely outdated but I loved the fact that the beach and ocean were very close to my room which was nice."

"The check-in was a bit rough because we had trouble getting our phones to work in Mexico - but that was our bad. Use WhatsApp and contact Monica as soon as you know your ETA and someone will be waiting for you at the condo. These owners/caretakers were amazing. We felt like such honored guests. The condo was so comfortable and the pools/ocean were amazing - you can swim off the dock or in the pools. It does help to speak some Spanish and rent a car. If you sleep on the sofa-bed, use the foam pad they provide - it's pretty comfortable. The Master-bed is HUGE! They brought us drinking water and there were beach towels and the kitchen had everything we needed -- I never knew that I needed a tortilla warmer until we stayed here! The area is safe. The parking/condo is gated. The A/C worked great. We couldn't have been treated better. I miss Patti already!!"
