"We went to All Ritmo for our Christmas break. The experience was excellent! It was my kids first time in Mexico and we all can't wait to travel back. The waterpark was the main attraction for us. It was clean and well maintanied and hours of fun. Considering it was the holidays, the resort wasn't busy. There was a variety of food choices in the restaurant. The snack bars were typical options. The weeds on the beach got cleaned up regularly. The ocean itself was warm and very clean, no seaweeds. The resort is in what looks like an older part of Cancun but safety wasn't a concern. The resort is older so there was constant maintenace happening. Our room was clean, and cool for our enjoyment. Housekeeping was always available. The staff was very pleasant. Overall, highly recommend."

"I was somewhat worried about food quality and complaints about hard to reach staffs after going through many many reviews. However I totally wasted my time reading those reviews. Food qualities were awesome. Me and my 7 other family members age ranges were from toddler to 60s,no complaints about food quality. We stayed for 5 days and it was spectacular! Only odd thing was, resort had fewer restaurants onsite than other resorts in cancun. Everywhere was Super clean, staffs were always cleaning. Beach was clean, never ran out of pool towels. Small beach but large enough to enjoy, i dont understand why people complain about resort having small beach. Pool was nice. Resort has nicest view. Spa was fantastic, had deep tissue massage and relaxing massage. So many staffs everywhere, easy to ask for help. Throughout my trip my experience was great!!!!! I would definitely go back! Lunch hibachi at world cafe was my favorite! Thank you senor Miguel!!! "

"Casa Caribe was right next to Puerto Juarez pier. Perfect if you miss you miss last scheduled ferry to Isla Mujeres. One night stay was convenient for a late flight and catch the ferry in the morning. "

"Awesome location, within walking distance to ferry and restaurants. Great staff with excellent customer service. The only issue is that there is no hot water sometimes, maybe due to the water heater not being on or not big enough to warm the water for all guests. "

"View is amazing! Andreas was great before the trip to answer all our questions. Property and pool are clean. It a great place to get away. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to be stocked with all the utensils needed for cooking. Make sure you bring your own coffee, paper towels and anything you would want while your there. A great restaurant is on the beach.Uber and Uber Eats available. "

"We loved La Poza so much. We came back after three days on the mainland. Best location, safe building new accommodations. Fabulous roof rooftop pool close to Los burritos our favourite taco place. Will you be back in the spring or next winter or sure Gracias? Thank you for getting us in on short notice on the return and our stay."
